This project consists of 4 levels of parking garage with 600 guestrooms, ballroom, cafeteria, tavern and site. The East and West tower has level 2-6 and North and South tower has level 2-9. Level B & Level 1 has fitness area with the locker-rooms, restrooms and swimming pool and spa. The total area for this project is 664,675 sq including exterior terraces. Under the Self perform contract - Retaining Walls (21.1921) with BECK, EJSC has 6 site walls on this project. All of them are completed. Site walls #1,2,3,5 & 6 were completed in year 2019-2022 and site wall #4 was completed in July-August, 2022. All of the site walls are completed on time.

9/9/22 RG - Successful Project. No incidents or accidents. 08/26/22 PP - As EJSC worked on this site walls, EJSC has 0 incident while working on this project. Wall #1 & 2 was 18'-20' tall and EJSC performed without any incident on this project. EJSC always attend the safety meetings and get approval from safety team on the excavation as well as lifting permit. EJSC has used the tower crane on this project for the formwork installation on the walls. 08/16/22 RF - Went through fall risk training beginning of August 2022.

9/9/22 RG - No rework required during this project. 8/26/22 PP - EJCS has passed all the inspections for the rebar, formwork and concrete on all of the walls they self performed. Quality has been good. We haven't had any rework.

9/9/22 PP - We are working on to get the LCO/TCO for the East/West/North/South tower and that work is in progress. We are working on the punch list and A/E punch list and after that furniture subcontractor can move their stuff into the guestroom. Also, we are working on the site for the landscaping, wood decking, fencing, concrete for the fire lanes etc. EJSC has completed all the site walls (Wall #1,2,3,4,5 & 6). Wall #1,2,3,5, & 6 was completed in the year 2019-2020. Wall #4 was completed in July-August, 2022.
